The RS2G32 Dual 2-input positive-OR gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.
The RS2G32 device performs the Boolean function Y=A + B in positive logic. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
The RS2G32 is available in Green MSOP-8 package. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
