RS8512XM Zero-Drift Rail-to-Rail I/O CMOS Operational Amplifiers

The RS8511, RS8512, RS8514, RS8513 (dual version with shutdown) series of CMOS operational amplifiers use auto-zero technology to provide extremely low offset voltage (maximum 40uV) and near-zero drift over time and temperature. This series of amplifiers has ultra-low noise, offset voltage and power consumption. These miniature high-precision operational amplifiers can compensate for high input impedance and rail-to-rail input and rail-to-rail output swings. Its gain-bandwidth product is up to 350KHz and the slew rate is only 0.17V/us. It can be powered by a single or dual power supply as low as +2.3V (±1.15V) and as high as +5.5V (±2.75V).

The RS8511/RS8512/RS8514/RS8513 (dual version with shutdown) are rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C, suitable for extended industrial and automotive temperature ranges. The RS8511 single-channel amplifier is available in 5-pin SOT23, 8-pin MSOP8, and 8-pin SOIC packages. The RS8512 dual-channel amplifier is available in 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin DFN2x2, and 8-pin TSSOP narrow surface mount packages. The RS8513 (dual version with shutdown) is available in a tiny MSOP-10 package. The RS8514 quad-channel amplifier is available in 14-pin SOIC and 14-pin narrow TSSOP packages.
